Swing Type Check Valve

Product Overview:

Swing check valves use a swinging disc to prevent reverse flow.

Commonly applied in water treatment, water supply systems, pumping stations, and industrial
pipelines where one-way flow is required.

Fluid inside the pipeline pushes the disc open; when flow weakens or reverses, the disc closes
automatically under its own weight or backpressure.

Simple structure, easy maintenance, suitable for long-term stable operation.

Design Features:

Swing-type disc design offers low opening resistance, reducing energy consumption and pressure loss.

Equipped with a cushioned closing feature to minimize water hammer impact.

Often constructed with alloy pivots and wear-resistant bushings for enhanced durability.

Can be fitted with check weights or pneumatic/hydraulic damping devices to improve closing
speed and stability (depending on model).

Suitable for horizontal or vertical upward flow installation, offering flexible application.
