Eccentric Plung Valve

Commonly used for wastewater, the valve features a specially designed internal structure that generates turbulence, preventing sediment and sand deposition.

Installation Location:

Inlet and outlet pipelines of wastewater treatment systems

Sludge transport or return lines

Internal piping of industrial discharge or chemical treatment facilities

Can be installed horizontally or vertically depending on site requirements

Functional Advantages:

Suitable for bidirectional pressure operation, providing sealing both upstream and downstream

Excellent drip-tight closure, preventing backflow or leakage

Can withstand highly polluted, corrosive, and high-frequency operation conditions

Internal valve design generates turbulence to prevent sediment accumulation

Types of Eccentric Plug Valves:

Handle-Operated Type Features:

Directly controlled by a long handle for intuitive
    and fast operation

Suitable for small-diameter valves, simple
    structure, low cost

Can be fully opened or closed quickly, but not
    ideal for precise flow adjustment

Handwheel Type Features:

Slow valve opening and closing via rotating
    handwheel

High adjustment precision, suitable for systems
    requiring fine regulation

Less operating force required, suitable for
    medium-diameter valves

Electric Actuator Type Features:

Equipped with an electric actuator for remote or
    automatic control

Suitable for large-diameter valves or high-
    frequency operation

High stability and integrable into automated
    control systems

Higher initial investment but significantly
    reduces manual labor requirements
