Hydraulic Control Valve

Hydraulic Control Valve

Operating Principle of Hydraulic Control Valves:

Hydraulic control valves consist of a hydraulic dynamic balance system composed of a pressure chamber formed
by a diaphragm or piston, a valve disc, control piping, needle valves, and pilot valves.

Preset control functions are achieved through changes in hydraulic pressure.

Valve Opening and Closing Principle:

Pressure chamber force > pipeline flow force → valve disc closes

Pressure chamber force < pipeline flow force → valve disc opens

Pressure chamber force = pipeline flow force → valve disc remains in a balanced, modulating position

Control Method:

The balanced position of the valve disc can be set and adjusted by operators via the pilot valve.
