Flap Valve

Commonly installed at flood walls (levees) or the horizontal outlet ends of connecting pipelines, used for water discharge and preventing backflow from rivers.

Product Overview:

The flap valve features a circular opening, commonly used for floodwalls (levees) or horizontal
    pipeline outlets.

Suitable for pump stations or water treatment plant discharge, preventing backflow from external
    rivers.

Automatically opens by water flow; closes automatically after shutdown using the valve cover's
    own weight.

Dual-arm structure with self-lubricating bearings ensures durability and reliability.

The valve cover is robustly constructed to withstand impact forces during closure.

Design Features:

After pump shutdown, the valve automatically closes when the external water level is approximately
10 cm higher than the internal water level.

Swing arms have adjustable pivots to limit the rotation angle of the valve cover.

Equipped with an anti-tilt rod to ensure smooth and stable opening and closing operation.
