Fixed- Cone Control Valve

Installation Location:

Installed in transmission/distribution pipelines or bypass lines.

Main Applications (by Control Function):

Pressure sustaining / pressure relief control: Stabilizes upstream (inlet) pressure.

Pressure reducing control: Stabilizes downstream (outlet) pressure

Flow control: Maintains a constant flow rate.

Combined pressure sustaining & pressure reducing control: Simultaneously controls both inlet
    and outlet pressures.

Product Features:

Axial-flow passage design with stable annular flow distribution.

Fixed cone and guide vane structure to enhance flow guidance efficiency.

Movable sleeve regulates the orifice opening to adjust flow rate.

Energy dissipation tube and guide vanes effectively reduce vibration, noise, and valve body erosion.

Extremely low head loss at full open position, making it suitable as a pipeline terminal discharge
   valve or flow control valve.

Operating Principle:
The valve guides the fluid through a fixed cone and guide vanes to form annular flow. Flow regulation
is achieved by a movable sleeve supported by guide rails to adjust the orifice opening.

Specially designed energy dissipation tubes and guide vanes eliminate vibration and noise, while
preventing erosion from directly impacting the inner surface of the valve body.

Design Characteristics:
Floating seat design with metal-to-metal seating: Standardized design eliminates
concerns of rubberaging or damage, extending service life.

Fixed cone design: Special annular flow passage reduces cavitation.

Energy dissipation tube design: Effectively reduces vibration and cavitation effects
   acting on the valve body.
