Installation Location:
●Installed in transmission/distribution pipelines or bypass lines.
Main Applications (by Control Function):
●Pressure sustaining / pressure relief control: Stabilizes upstream (inlet) pressure.
●Pressure reducing control: Stabilizes downstream (outlet) pressure
●Flow control: Maintains a constant flow rate.
●Combined pressure sustaining & pressure reducing control: Simultaneously controls both inlet
and outlet pressures.
Product Features:
●Axial-flow passage design with stable annular flow distribution.
●Fixed cone and guide vane structure to enhance flow guidance efficiency.
●Movable sleeve regulates the orifice opening to adjust flow rate.
●Energy dissipation tube and guide vanes effectively reduce vibration, noise, and valve body erosion.
●Extremely low head loss at full open position, making it suitable as a pipeline terminal discharge
valve or flow control valve.
Operating Principle:
●The valve guides the fluid through a fixed cone and guide vanes to form annular flow. Flow regulation
is achieved by a movable sleeve supported by guide rails to adjust the orifice opening.
●Specially designed energy dissipation tubes and guide vanes eliminate vibration and noise, while
preventing erosion from directly impacting the inner surface of the valve body.
Design Characteristics:
●Floating seat design with metal-to-metal seating: Standardized design eliminates
concerns of rubberaging or damage, extending service life.
●Fixed cone design: Special annular flow passage reduces cavitation.
●Energy dissipation tube design: Effectively reduces vibration and cavitation effects
acting on the valve body.
