Multi- Nozzle Control Valve

Installation Location:

Installed in transmission/distribution pipelines or bypass lines.

 

Main Applications (by Control Function):

Pressure sustaining / pressure relief control: Stabilizes upstream (inlet) pressure.

Pressure reducing control: Stabilizes downstream (outlet) pressure.

Flow control: Maintains a constant flow rate.

Combined pressure sustaining & pressure reducing control: Simultaneously controls both inlet
   and outlet pressures.

Axial-flow passage design ensures stable and precise flow control.

Multi-orifice structure forms high-velocity water jets that dissipate energy through
   mutual impingement.

Movable sleeve controls the number of effective orifices to meet various operating requirements.

Energy dissipation is completed entirely within the orifice tube, reducing vibration and noise.

Prevents erosion of the valve body’s inner surface, extending service life.


Operating Principle:

As the fluid passes through the multi-orifice sleeve, it is guided to form high-velocity jets that
    collide internally to dissipate kinetic energy.

The movable outer sleeve adjusts the number of open orifices as required, enabling precise  
    flow control and enhanced durability.

 

 

Design Characteristics:

Customized helical orifice arrangement:

    ▶Orifice diameter and quantity can be optimized based on hydraulic analysis. All orifices are arranged
       in a helical pattern to ensure continuous and stable control.

Advanced conical orifice design:

    ▶Conical orifices allow smooth acceleration of flow into jets entering the orifice tube, providing
       precise flow control and effective energy dissipation through jet impingement.
